What Sikkah does

Coffee booths, caterers, florists and entertainers in one place. You choose the vendors, set the date, venue and headcount, and book them together. Sikkah collects one payment, issues one quotation, one receipt and, on cancellation, one credit note. Messages to your vendors go through Sikkah.

The vendor delivers the service. Sikkah runs the marketplace, holds the booking record and arranges a replacement when a vendor cannot make it.

How vendors are reviewed before listing

Every vendor goes through the same steps:

1. The vendor applies with a valid UAE trade licence, their menu or service list, photos and the areas and headcounts they serve.
2. Sikkah reviews the application and requests changes where something is missing or unclear.
3. The vendor signs the Sikkah vendor agreement, which sets the standards for delivery, timing and conduct.
4. Sikkah publishes the vendor, and only then can they be booked.

Ratings from completed events show on the vendor's page. A vendor whose standards slip is suspended and removed from search until the issue is resolved.
