We collect the following information when you use Sikkah: name, phone number, email address (optional), emirate/location, delivery addresses, booking history, payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), and device push notification tokens.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and manage bookings, send booking confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp, verify your identity through OTP, improve our services, and communicate with you about your account.

3. Third-Party Services

Sikkah uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS verification), WATI (WhatsApp notifications), and Expo (push notifications). Each of these services has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls to protect your information. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

6. UAE Compliance

Sikkah operates in compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
